The letter follows the gratitude of Community Action for People Participation organization (CAPP) and the Likoswe community of Chiradzulu district. Community Action for People Participation (CAPP) would like to appreciate for the donation received at CAPP Vocational College (CAPP VTC) on 04th January 2023 from the Gift of the Givers organization in kind of Fabric materials donation.
The fabric materials donation from Gift of the Givers is very significant in the work of assisting the needy communities especially students as well as alleviating the suffering of the needy people, as this will alleviate the burden associated with un-affordability in buying fabric materials faced by the needy people including the students of CAPP VTC.
CAPP has incorporated the fabric donation into a Community Outreach Project which in particular we will equitably distribute the fabric items in form of i.e (Children dresses & Shirts) to the needy Children from the community of Traditional Authority Likoswe and needy students at CAPP VTC.
The distribution of the donated items to the beneficiaries will be conducted via Community organized ceremony at the premises of CAPP VTC, which will start with a Community Needs Assessment (CNA) which will be facilitated by the Capacity of CAPP and community key informants.
CAPP Vocational Training College (CAPP VTC) together with the community of T/A Likoswe would like to express our profound thanks to Gift of the Givers organization for the donation offered which will go a long way in alleviating the problems at hand faced by the needy students of Likoswe community.
